Sheet Pan Dinner Chicken Sausage And Veggies

This easy and delicious sheet pan recipe is perfect for those busy weeknights. This meal is not only tasty but also healthy! Plus, cleanup is a breeze since everything cooks on one pan. Go through your fridge and use any veggies you have.

——Ingredients——

1 red bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

1 large onion

2 zucchini

1 pound asparagus

1 cup cherry tomatoes halved

5 cloves garlic

8 chicken sausage links (24oz)

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

1 tablespoon paprika

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup Italian dressing

——Garnish——

shredded Parmesan cheese

Chopped Parsley

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper.

2. Chop all the veggies into small pieces, and cut the sausage about the same size as the veggies and Place in a large bowl, Mince in the garlic. Drizzle in olive oil.

3. Season with all the seasonings and Italian dressing. Toss everything together well, then transfer to the prepared sheet tray.

4. Bake for 35 minutes and broil for 5 minutes.

5. Garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley before serving and enjoy!
