Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding

Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even a snack is this Yogurt Chia Seed Pudding. It’s not only easy to make but also incredibly delicious!

—Ingredients—

1 cup honey or vanilla Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup Chia seeds

—Toppings—

Banana

Strawberries

Blueberries

Granola

Honey or sweetener of choice

1. In a bowl mix together the yogurt, almond milk and chia seeds. Wait for 5 minutes and give it another mix. We do this because chia seeds tend to stick together when mixed with liquid. Doing so helps break up any lingering clumps of chia seeds.

2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

3. When ready to serve, pour into bowls and top each bowl with fresh berries, bananas and granola. Drizzle some honey or sweetener of choice, Serve while still cold and enjoy!
