I’m really tired of having epilepsy but I hope this helps someone struggling. My whole body hurts. My eyes hurt from flickering so hard in the top of my head. My throat muscles hurt. My husband records these for my doctors. He did help me move my head a few times but my head kept contracting towards the cushion — I can tell by the video and the pain in my neck. I’m not aware during seizures. I have ‘some’ awareness after at times but I’m so tired and out of it that I may not remember the moments after a seizure. It’s not pretty to see but it’s necessary to advocate and truly understand a condition that affects 1 in 26 people. Anyways, epilepsy sucks.
