5 month scar update after getting the girlies done 🍒 (I DO show the scars btw so if that bugs you, skip this lol)
If I’m not clear enough in the vid, the scars do NOT bother me at all!! lol! They’re simply part of the deal & it never has phased me
The confidence & comfortableness I feel in my body again FAR outweighs any of the “consequences” of getting the breast lift in the first place. The way I feel like ME again 🥹 it’s hard to even put in to words really!!!
So thankful for the work Dr. Adams & @Center for Plastic Surgery 10/10 recommend if you’re near the area (and if you do go, tell them I sent you! We both actually get some referral rewards 🤩 yay!!)
5 months with the new girlie pops & I still stand firmly on the hill that it was THE best decision I’ve made for myself as a mama!!!
(note: I don’t share this journey just to promote plastic surgery & think it’s the only way to feel confident post-babies!! I’m simply sharing my journey to shed light on the process, educate + empower & make it a little less taboo for the next mama maybe feeling a similar type of way)

Sharing my personal experience after a breast lift, I can genuinely say that the emotional and physical transformation is profound. The scars, often a major concern, become just a small part of the healing journey. Like Emma, I found that consistent use of scar gel helped soothe and fade my scars over time without the discomfort of taping. Initially, I was worried about the uneven incision sizes and potential numbness, but I learned that healing varies for everyone and patience is key. One important thing to note is that regaining feeling in certain areas can take up to a year, and that’s perfectly normal. Wearing comfortable, well-fitted bras, especially sports bras during workouts, can make a significant difference in comfort, as some tightness around the scars is common but manageable. The emotional impact of the procedure is often understated. Feeling like yourself again — more confident and comfortable — can profoundly affect your day-to-day life, fashion choices, and overall happiness after childbirth. It’s not just about physical appearance; it’s about reclaiming your body and identity. For anyone considering a breast lift, I highly recommend researching skilled surgeons and discussing your concerns openly. Scarring is unavoidable with any surgery but knowing it’s a personal marker of your journey, not a flaw, helped me a lot. This journey can be empowering and is definitely worth considering if you struggle with body image post-pregnancy. Remember, it's your story, and making informed choices is the best way to feel confident in your skin again.
