Day 7
Good morning!
I started off my day with coffee of course, I used sugar free caramel syrup and the toasted marshmallow nut pods (pic in my last post). I also added a tiny splash of heavy cream.
I’m not counting calories currently but this drink is approx only 100 calories!
I do not typically eat out twice in one day but this was just an unusual circumstance.
I did eat most of my dinner I was really hungry and it was so good!!
The donut has banana, cocoa powder, Greek yogurt, coconut flour, monk fruit, vanilla and baking powder. The frosting was just yogurt and cocoa powder and monk fruit.
On Day 7, I indulged in some delightful meals that showcase how to enjoy flavors without going overboard on calories. My morning coffee, enhanced with sugar free caramel syrup and toasted marshmallow nut pods, was a perfect pick-me-up to start the day. The drink, weighed in at about 100 calories, is a great low-calorie option to satisfy coffee cravings. Later, I tried out a new dining experience where I enjoyed dinner including chicken piccata, and ended the day with a delicious homemade chocolate donut. Crafted with wholesome ingredients like banana, Greek yogurt, and cocoa powder, it proves that desserts can be both healthy and delightful. Perfecting both savory and sweet, this day was a testament to enjoying food while being mindful of health!
