1 tub Pepper Jack Palmetto Cheese or any variety of

Palmetto Cheese

1 LB Shrimp, raw chopped

1 - .12 oz. Garlic Herb Blend Pouch (found in the box of Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375F

In a bowl, mix together biscuit mix, seasoning, Palmetto Cheese, and shrimp until combined.

Form into 1oz balls and place on a greased baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes at 375F. Yield: 36

Garnish with a sprinkle of Old Bay Seasoning.
