Cheeto fried chicken balls!!!

Chicken balls 2.0! Now I made this recipe already with regular panko breadcrumbs but when you switch the panko out with hot Cheetos and add some of that Cheeto dust INSIDE of the chicken balls😍😍now that’s some good stuff right there and the results are so tasty! Lemme show you how:

Ingredients:

2 shredded rotisserie chickens(or any shredded chicken)

Hot sauce

One cup of cheddar cheese

One cup of mozzarella

Slap your mama seasoning

2 tbsp of lemon pepper

1 packet Sazon seasoning (or 1 tbsp chicken bouillon)

Lightly seasoned flour

About four eggs beaten

Crushed Cheetos(I’d use a food processor or a blender to make Cheetos into a dust)

Oil for frying

Filling: To bowl add your shredded chickens, cheese, about a half cup of Cheeto dust, and as much hot sauce as you like. Mix well and form balls as big or as small as you would like, but make them the same size.

Coating process: you want to grab three small bowls one should have the flour, should have lightly beaten , and the last one should have the Cheeto dust. Take your chicken ball dip it in the flour, then dip it into the eggs, then finally into the Cheeto dust. You want to press the Cheetos onto the chicken ball ensuring that the coating is good.

Lastly, you want to heat up your oil to 350°F and fry your chicken balls for about 1-2 mins. THATS it! Pretty quick and simple main dish, I would suggest eating this with a salad and mac & cheese.
