Ingredients:

1 cup long-grain rice

1 lb steak (your choice of cut), thinly sliced

1/4 cup honey BBQ sauce

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions:

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the steak is browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and softened.
