Keeping it simple is the BEST way to have a consistent & successful weightloss journey.

When getting back into my fitness / weightloss journey I tried to over complicate it - make the most insta worthy meals, do all the crazy workouts. But simple works …everytime.

My current routine is - dog walk for steps, eat what I enjoy in a deficit and go to the gym to weight train as this has benefits for us Endo girls!
