Hair glow up

My hair was fried, dry, and broken. I didn’t take good care of it at all. I curled it every single day, washed it every single day, and always let it air dry.

My hair really started growing after I started taking supplements. Especially vitamin E, Vitamin D, and vitamin B12.

I also embraced my natural hair. My hair is strait and when it was unhealthy and fried it didn’t look great when I left it strait. But as I stopped putting heat on it and it started growing and I cut off all the dead ends it started to look really nice natural. Frequent trims help a lot too.

I also started only washing it twice a week instead of every day. This also helped it to be less oily.

I stopped letting it air dry and started blow drying it. Hair breaks easier when it’s wet.

It took me about a year to grow it out like this. But I love it!

Incorporating supplements, particularly vitamin E, vitamin D, and vitamin B12, supports hair health and growth. Reducing heat exposure is crucial; opt for protective hairstyles and avoid daily curling or straightening. Additionally, switch from air drying to blow drying, as hair is more fragile when wet. Frequent trims help eliminate damaged ends, promoting a healthier, fuller appearance over time. Remember, consistency is key, and it can take significant time to see transformative results. Above all, embrace your natural hair texture. Understanding what your hair needs can lead to a stunning glow up, making your hair look vibrant and full of life.

I use a limited amount of heat (blow dry 1-2 times per week) and wash only 1-2 per week. And I use good products on it. I get it trimmed regularly too. It has made all the difference.
