Hot Cheeto Boudin Balls
The Recipe!
RICE IS OPTIONAL, I USE RICE
1. Get some Boudin sausage
2. Take the casing off the sausage
3. Crumble the sausage in a bowl
4. Add a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
5. Half a cup of shredded cheese
6. Mix it together and form it into a ball
7. Put it in the freezer for 10 minutes
8. Scramble 2 eggs in a bowl and set it to the side
9. Get some flour, put it in a bowl
10. Get some hot Cheetos puffs, crunch them up really well
11. Dip the Boudin balls in the flour first, then dip it in the eggs
12. Dip it in the Cheeto puffs
13. Deep fry them for 3 to 5 mins
