Loosing your friendships and support systems can feel really tough. You feel alone. Unloved. Unwanted. Doubting myself constantly, where did I go wrong?

I finally started to realize the only person who I can count on and trust in to lean on when I fall is… myself.

Everyone in my life disappears. I believe in Real find Real 💎 one day I hope to find my soul sister.

🧘 1: Its okay to cry. Let it out. Bottling your emotions wont do anything but cause you more internalized pain.

Sometimes I cry to myself. I cry with God. I cry and write in my gratitude or journal. This helps you cope in more ways than you know. You have to process your feelings not just shove them away. As much as we want to…

🧘 2: Wipe those tears and talk to yourself, talk to God in the mirror. Journal if you need to. Manifest, share your pain, let it out to words. This helps when you dont someone physically. You have yourself mentally and emotionally.

🧘 3: Keep busy and put your energy on supporting your dreams and helping you be the BEST version of yourself. Examples like being consistent with gym, skin care, self love days, treating yourself. You deserve it.
