Plus, the fiber content keeps you feeling full and happy, which is great if you're looking for a healthy meal or snack option. It's incredible how a simple bowl of fruit can make such a difference in how I feel! Now, for the fun part: creating your perfect fruit salad bowl! I love experimenting with different combinations. For a tropical vibe, I'll mix mango, pineapple, kiwi, and passion fruit. If I'm feeling berry-licious, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and a handful of grapes are a must.
