👉 5 Skincare Mistakes I Stopped Making in My 30s

When I hit my 30s, my skin started showing me exactly what wasn’t working anymore. From rushing through cleansing to neglecting sleep, these little habits added up to irritation, dullness, and a tired-looking complexion.

Fixing them has been a total game changer. Double cleansing made sure every bit of makeup disappeared without stripping. A simple morning cleanse reduced breakouts and redness. Prioritising eight hours of sleep has supported not only my skin health but my perimenopause symptoms too. Adding collagen supplements kept my skin hydrated and elastic, and regular LED light therapy even helped improve old scar tissue.
