Golden Sun + Juicy Pump
Juicy pump today, especially felt my triceps were feeling great. Chin-ups usually give a good general upper body pump, so I like to include them every few sessions. Its also a great ab workout by maintaining an L-sit during the chin-ups.
Cable Lateral Raise: 10lbs, 10; 15lbs, 3x8
Pec Fly: 155lbs, 2x10; 160lbs, 9
L Chin-up: 3x10
Cable Overhead Extension: 25lbs, 12; 50lbs, 10; 57.5lbs, 10
Zottman Curls: 25lbs, 3x10
