Found out today my new Roomates are runners too!!

•invest in good shoes. There’s so many good brands, I personally love brooks and hokas but try them all and see what you like. As long as they fit your arches and foot width they are good! •get some sort of body glide Can be bought at Walmart, target, or any sports store. They are a life saver
