Cardio: Row + Treadmill
Cardio day and I missed rowing but also wanted to make some progress running. So I did BOTH.
I first decided to row for 10 minutes at high intensity to warm-up.
I then did the recommended Garmin workout of base run for 33 minutes at 5:50/km pace.
I actually felt amazing, I think the warm-up truly helped to get my heart and lungs prepped. Great run today.
