2126 calories, 164g protein, 39g fiber

Super high calories today, but I also burned 834 calories. So once again not a bad net for the calories and I was way below yesterday because of the exercise again.

If you are wondering, that one thing is a burrito from the freezer and warmed in the microwave

On days when you consume a higher number of calories, like 2126 in this example, it’s essential to offset part of that through exercise—here, 834 calories were burned, which helps keep the net calorie gain moderate. High protein intake, such as 164 grams, supports muscle repair and growth, especially important on active days. Including fiber, like the 39 grams mentioned, aids in digestion and helps maintain steady blood sugar levels, promoting satiety and gut health. Interestingly, convenience foods like a frozen burrito can fit into a nutritious diet if chosen carefully and balanced with fresh fruits or vegetables throughout the day. From personal experience, I’ve found that tracking both calories and macros can greatly improve energy levels and workout recovery. Combining protein and fiber-rich meals with regular exercise creates a sustainable routine that prevents overeating and supports fitness goals. Remember that not all calories are equal—focusing on nutrient density, like protein and fiber content, is crucial for long-term well-being.
