1728 calories, 81g protein, 20g fiber

I definitely missed tracking some calories. I did burn 800+ calories at SkyZone jumping again.

Not pictured: small samosas (veggie, chilli chicken, jerk chicken), some small snacks like chocolate and nuts.

Weight slightly increased either from water or snacking. Either way I'm still below my goal so it's okay.

Activities like jumping at SkyZone can burn significant calories, in this case over 800 calories, which helps create a calorie deficit that can support weight management. Including a variety of small snacks, such as veggie, chilli chicken, and jerk chicken samosas, along with chocolate and nuts, adds both flavor diversity and nutrition. These snacks provide protein and healthy fats, contributing to satiety and energy. However, they can also add up in calories, which underscores the importance of mindful portion control. Weight fluctuations are common and can result from factors like water retention and snacking timing rather than just fat gain. Staying slightly below a set weight goal while enjoying diverse foods and physical activity reflects a flexible and sustainable approach to health. Incorporating fiber intake, which here is 20g, is vital as it supports digestive health and helps maintain fuller feelings, assisting in appetite control. Protein intake of 81g supports muscle recovery especially after intense activities like jumping. Overall, balancing calorie intake and expenditure, while listening to body signals and maintaining variety in foods, supports both health and enjoyment. Remember, tracking can be approximate but consistent effort and mindful eating lead to long-term success.
