My workout split as a college student💌

Staying healthy and working out can be hard to prioritize when there is so much going on. Here are my favorite workouts to do as a college student that are quick, easy, and effective! My favorite is coreblast, which I do twice a week. if your school offers workout classes, I highly recommend it!
