As much as I love to workout, sometimes it’s difficult to squeeze in a whole routine when I’m so busy with school. But here is an example of the leg day workout I do whenever I’m in a time crunch! This usually takes me about an hour, sometimes an hour and a half, but it will for sure help you get a nice pump and good sweat in!
