Simple Dinner that is good for Acne!

Do you struggle with hormonal cystic acne??

I am currently on a journey to clear mine so that I do not have to turn to accutane. I am currently avoiding sugar, dairy, and gluten. I am also prioritizing fibre and protein!

This meal has:

- chicken (protein)

- quinoa (fibre)

- sweet potato (beta-carotene -> antioxidants)

- avocado (healthy fats)

- beans (fibre)

- onion (prebiotic)

A spoonful of sauerkraut or kimchi (fermented foods) is great before your meal to promote gut health! <3
