Breastfeeding tips 🤱

1) it’s going to be uncomfortable in the beginning, but it is going to be worth it

2) if you’re having a hard time latching, you can use nipple shields, have your baby assessed for tongue ties, or see a lactation consultant

3) if you’re worried about how much your baby is eating, you can do a weighted feed

4) do not worry about building a stash right away! Your job is to feed your baby not your freezer

5) theres so many resources available if you are struggling - fb groups, other mamas, lactation consultants, OBGYN & more!
