Becoming a mom is a life-changing event filled with beautiful, yet challenging moments. It's essential to understand that routines—especially regarding feeding and sleep—will frequently evolve. Adaptability is key, and there isn't a perfect way to tackle motherhood. Additionally, many new moms feel overwhelmed, tired, and even nostalgic for their previous lifestyle. It’s important to recognize that it's completely normal to feel a mixture of emotions. Remember, you don’t have to cherish every single moment to qualify as a good mother. Embrace those challenging days as part of your journey. The overwhelming love a mother feels can often coexist with feelings of frustration and nostalgia, making it vital to grant yourself the same love and grace that you extend to your children. You are not alone in your experiences; many mothers share these feelings and challenges, and knowing this can create a supportive community for new moms.
