One of my fav full body exercises ✨

I’m the type of personal trainer that incorporates all these different movements for various reasons. I want to be strong & lift heavy weights but I also want to be functional. Let me elaborate, deadlifting 300lbs but not being able to stand on one leg & stay balanced is a problem for me. In my opinion all the little details matter. So try to incorporate these type of movements in your training if your goal is to get stronger & functional. 🫶🏽
