30-Minute Full Body Compound Workout

If you’re short on time but still want a real workout, this is for you.

I missed my leg day, today was supposed to be upper body, so instead of skipping, I combined both and went full body using compound exercises only.

Every move in this circuit works multiple muscle groups at once so you’re not wasting time. Strength, core, balance, and then a cardio finisher at the end with kettlebell swings to squat to really burn it out.

Save this full body workout for those days when life is busy but you still wanna clock in and get it done.
