You have to let you have it….

This new chapter is called “Allowing yourself to have it”

Honestly, it’s heavy trying to take on the burdens of situations when there is a refusal to change. Let.It.Go. Focus on what you can control.

That’s going to look like not putting yourself last. In life, we all have responsibilities and obligations, but it should never come at the sacrifice of your own happiness/sanity.

Find the sweet spot, keep yourself in the spotlight. You have to let you have it. What changes have to happen so that you can have it?

For someone I’m hearing find the balance, and for others, find the courage to be consistent when leaning into change.

Someone only knows survival and challenges, but this new chapter is introducing the opposite of that. You’ll need a new mindset to receive this energy.

In a world where we often carry burdens, it's important to remind ourselves that we have permission to embrace love, safety, abundance, and intimacy. Life serves as everyone's teacher, guiding us to learn valuable lessons and connect with our inner guidance. Transitioning to a mindset that welcomes these positive energies requires us to let go of old patterns and redefine our relationship with challenges. The concept of the "Soft Girl Era" emphasizes a balance between independence and the softness that allows us to be vulnerable and open to change. Being consistent in pursuing this new energy is essential. It’s crucial to visualize what you truly want in life and to actively seek it without guilt or hesitation. Your happiness should never be put on the back burner because of external obligations. Give yourself the permission to enjoy life fully, and remember that it’s okay to prioritize your own joy and peace of mind as you navigate through various seasons of your journey.
