• My 13yo & 7yo son’s birthday celebrations at Universal Studios and IOA this weekend.

• purchase a new laptop

• spring semester (already started 🥳)

• 20 min workouts 3x a week (gotta start slow and steady)

• read 2 books

• continue to build my social media presence and platform

•stop drinking sodas (I’ve been substituting but it’s tough)

As we embark on our New Year's journey, it's essential to create meaningful goals that enhance our personal growth and well-being. This month, I plan to celebrate my sons' birthdays at Universal Studios, creating unforgettable memories with family. Along with that, I aim to purchase a new laptop to boost my productivity and continue my learning journey with two books this month. Fitness plays a key role in my goals, with plans to start a consistent workout routine of 20-minute sessions three times a week. This incremental approach ensures I stay energized and motivated on my journey to health. Additionally, I’m focusing on growing my social media presence, sharing experiences that resonate with others and building a community around our shared interests. In line with embracing healthy choices, I am challenging myself to stop drinking sodas, opting for healthier alternatives. The journey may be tough, but it's about progress, not perfection. Sharing these aspirations using hashtags like #healthylifestyle2024 and #goalsofthemonth helps connect with like-minded individuals who motivate one another. Remember, life is like a camera; you must focus on what's important, capture the good times, and if things don't work out, just take another shot!
