✨Super Simple Protein Scrambled Eggs👍

As part of my fitness journey, I've been trying to find simple ways to include more protein into my everyday diet. One simple solution is to add or substitute cottage cheese or Greek yogurt into recipes. In this case, cottage cheese is a perfect complement to eggs.

Cottage cheese not only adds extra protein, but also adds a lighter fluffier texture to the eggs, making it almost cloud-like with a creamy, cheesy flavor.

I use this recipe to make protein-packed eggs as a base for burritos, avocado toast, sandwiches...so many things. The possibilities are endless. It's safe to say that this recipe is definitely a keeper!
