Did you keep your placenta?

THIS IS NOT FOR EVERYONE. KEEP YOUR RUDE/MEAN COMMENTS TO YOURSELF OR BE BLOCKED😘

I didn’t keep mine with my first born, I honestly was young and don’t have knowledge about giving birth. 8 years later and I had my second born and definitely chose to keep it.

No, I haven’t taken them. I currently cannot but I have done the research and it is safe to take.

Some parts of it I did need help during the process because it was gross to look at. It doesn’t actually have a foul or harsh smell during the process surprisingly. #encapsulation #birth #foryou #newmom #moms

... Read moreThe decision to keep the placenta post-birth can be quite personal and varies from one mother to another. Some mothers opt for **placenta encapsulation**, a process that involves processing the placenta into capsules that can be consumed later. Those who choose this believe it may help with postpartum recovery and support milk production. Despite common stigmas, many women report positive experiences regarding this practice, stating that it does not have an unpleasant smell. It's crucial to consult with healthcare professionals for safe handling methods and to understand the potential benefits and drawbacks of keeping the placenta. New moms can benefit from connecting in forums and communities that discuss their experiences, share tips, and provide emotional support. There are various methods of placenta disposition, including traditional burial or planting it in a tree as a symbolic gesture. Each option carries its own meaning and significance, spotlighting the diverse perspectives on this unique aspect of motherhood. Always approach the topic with compassion and openness, recognizing that every mother's journey and beliefs may differ.

So I did keep mine. I planted a tree in the ground with mine. I had read that they have everything u need in your body. I guess I just couldn’t come up with a proper dish for serving it. I came from the 70’s so different times for sure. Ppl were doing things for MOTHER EARTH and everyone wanted to be a HIPPIE To piss off their parents. Sadly we moved so many times that I didn’t get to see how my trees in the ground have turned out. I hope that the present ppl living under the shade of my wisdom enjoy it. My daughters are all grown now and one is having a baby in May. I don’t know what my daughter’s plans are. She just might eat it! lol more than likely we will plant a tree and watch it grow right along with our Anastasia. I will grow old beneath its shade in the glory of my life with my children and my grand children. I have also heard that big makeup companies buy them for making make up and such. Imagine putting that on your beautiful face to start your day! I hope you all like this comment as I am a fragile lady, I hope it helps give you youth some ideas Remember what you all do will affect your children’s children for the next 7 generations. Here’s to making lemonade the Geddes, way. Which is the only way in my opinion. Stay blessed and beautiful, Mama G.❤️🥰🥰🍋
