things i've been
This is the FIRST TIME, in about a month that I have opened my bible. Between schooling, and a recent move I’ve been distracted . For the month I haven’t been I’ve had a strong calling to my Bible , I would pick it up and set it back down the VERY second after … I continued to pray though I felt awful , felt like I was ignoring God and wasn’t giving him my time. For the past 3 days I’ve been feeling the urge to pick it up and give God some of my time , so tonight after I did my schooling I didn’t care what time it was I got my Bible and prayed that God give me a message through my reading , and it led me to this ! Giving all Glory to God 🙏🏾 thank you Jesus ! I feel more at peace that I was able to give him some of time , will work diligently to be consistent again as he is consistent with me 🙏🏾❤️🙌🏿
In today's fast-paced world, many individuals struggle to maintain their spiritual practices amidst daily distractions. The importance of prayer and meditation cannot be overstated, as they provide a pathway to inner peace and connection to a higher power. Scriptures such as Psalm 3 remind us of God's protective nature and ability to lift our burdens, serving as a reminder to seek solace in faith. Consistent engagement with the Bible can enrich one’s spiritual life, fostering attributes like resilience and hope. For those battling feelings of inadequacy or doubt, it’s crucial to remember that returning to faith, even after a period of absence, is always possible. Spiritual communities and groups can provide support, encourage dialogue, and enhance the journey of rediscovery. Whether you are experiencing distractions from work, personal issues, or life transitions, nurturing your spiritual life through prayer and scripture can offer significant peace and clarity. Embrace the journey back to your spiritual roots and allow the healing power of faith to guide you through life's challenges.
