6Weeks Postpartum 🤯

Life with 2 under 2 has humbled me completely 🙏🏾😂

I am no longer who I use to be…. And not sure what I want to become … However Lord please guide me and show me what it is you intend for me to do 🤍🙏🏾 Amen!

... Read moreAdjusting to life 6 weeks postpartum when you have two children under the age of two is truly a transformative experience. The days can feel overwhelming as you juggle feeding, diaper changes, and sleepless nights, all while trying to find your new identity beyond motherhood. One important lesson I've learned is the power of giving yourself grace; understanding that not every day will be perfect and that it's okay to ask for help. Creating a weekly schedule, even if flexible, can bring structure to chaos and help in prioritizing self-care. Incorporating healthy habits such as nutritious meals, light exercise, and moments of mindfulness can gradually improve your energy levels and mood. It's also essential to maintain a support system, whether through family, friends, or online communities focused on postpartum recovery and mom life. While the journey can humble you and sometimes shake your sense of self, it also opens doors to discovering strength and resilience you never knew you had. Through prayer or reflection, many find guidance and peace in knowing they are not alone in this season of life. Remember, postpartum recovery is a process, and every step—no matter how small—is progress on the path to healing and growth.
