Everyone, this post would like to ask for a small matcha shop from our sincerity.

FANE Matcha 🥰 emerged from our personal preferences

Beginning with a penchant for the taste of matcha, I tried a lot of things, some dark, some bland, some fragrant, but still didn't find the "yes" matcha until I studied it, searched and tasted it...

Finally, it was discovered that a really good and pleasant matcha must be both fragrant, tender and intense in a refreshing and satisfying way.

From this intention became FANE Matcha. 💕

A small shop that chooses to use premium grade matcha and ceremonial, carefully selected, every Japanese fresh glass smells real tea, no powder, so mellow that everyone wants to try it.

And most importantly, we have many different types of matcha, whether

เผื่อใครกำลังหา “น้ำมัทฉะ” ที่รสชาติมัทฉะชัดๆ แบบไม่หวานนำ เราว่า FANE Matcha เป็นอีกร้านที่น่าลองมาก โดยเฉพาะคนที่อยากเริ่มเข้าวงการมัทฉะแบบจริงจังแต่ยังไม่รู้จะเลือกสายไหนดี ร้านนี้มีมัทฉะหลายแหล่งให้เลือก (อย่าง Uji, Yame, Kagoshima) และมีตัวพรีเมียมแบบ Limited ด้วย อย่างที่เราเห็นเป็นกระป๋อง “Limited Premium Yame Matcha / 八女抹茶” คือสายหอมละมุน ดื่มง่าย แต่ยังได้ความนัวของชาอยู่ สิ่งที่เราชอบคือเค้าตีสดทุกแก้ว ฟีลแบบทำพิถีพิถัน กลิ่นมัทฉะจะฟุ้งขึ้นมาตั้งแต่ยกแก้ว โดยเฉพาะเมนูที่เป็นเลเยอร์นม-มัทฉะ เวลาได้กลิ่นชาเขียวแท้ๆ มันต่างจากแบบที่ใช้ผงสำเร็จหรือแต่งกลิ่นจริงๆ ถ้าใครกลัวขม แนะนำให้บอกรสที่ชอบได้เลย เช่น อยากเข้มหน่อย/อยากละมุนหน่อย/อยากหวานน้อย เพราะมัทฉะแต่ละแหล่ง “โทนรส” ไม่เหมือนกัน เมนูที่เราว่าเหมาะกับมือใหม่คือ Matcha Latte เพราะบาลานซ์ดี ได้ความเข้มแต่ไม่ดุเกินไป ส่วนสายสดชื่นต้อง Coconut Matcha ที่ใช้น้ำมะพร้าวสด ตัดความเข้มของมัทฉะแล้วดื่มเพลินมาก ใครชอบแนวขนมๆ หน่อยให้ลอง Matcha With Cloud จุดเด่นคือมีครีมนุ่มๆ ราดด้านบน (ในรูปคือครีมสีขาวลงบนมัทฉะเขียวเข้ม) ทำให้สัมผัสละมุนขึ้น และมักจะมีกลิ่นหอมหวานจากน้ำผึ้งธรรมชาติช่วยดึงรสชา ทริคสั่ง “น้ำมัทฉะ” ให้ถูกใจเรา: ถ้าอยากได้ความหอมเด่นให้เลือกมัทฉะโทนนุ่ม (มักจะดื่มง่าย) แต่ถ้าชอบชาเข้มๆ แบบผู้ใหญ่ ให้ขอเข้มขึ้นหรือเลือกตัวที่โทนเข้มกว่า และอย่าลืมระบุระดับหวาน เพราะมัทฉะดีๆ แค่หวานน้อยก็อร่อยแล้ว การเดินทางก็สะดวกมาก อยู่แถว BTS อารีย์ ทางออก 3,4 และถ้าไม่ได้แวะหน้าร้านก็สั่งใน Grab ได้โดยพิมพ์ “Fane matcha” เราว่าใครที่เสิร์ชหาชื่อร้านอย่าง “fane matcha” แล้วลังเลอยู่ ลองเริ่มจากเมนูซิกเนเจอร์ข้างบนได้เลย โอกาสเจอแก้วที่ “ใช่” สูงมาก
