I’ve started something new. For a while, I was just going through the motions. Low energy. Brain fog. Mood swings. And nothing I tried worked long-term. I kept saying “I’m fine,” but I didn’t feel like me. So I said yes to something different. Now I’m part of something that’s changing the gam
