Carrots... 1 / 2 (60g)

Burdock... 1 / 2 stick (60g)

White sesame... to taste

[A]

Sugar and sesame oil... 1 / 2 spoon spoon each

Mirin, soy sauce, sake: 1 spoon each

Japanese-style soup stock... 1 / 2 teaspoon

How to make

1️⃣.

Shred the burdock and soak in water. Shred the carrots. Put in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap gently, and heat in a 600W microwave oven for 2 minutes.

2️⃣ heat

Wipe off the water, add [A] and mix well. Wrap again and heat for 3 minutes.
