"Steamed chicken breast with salt sauce" /
Cooking time 15 minutes
< Ingredients for 2 people >
Chicken breast... 1 piece
Salt... 1 / 4 teaspoon
Liquor... tablespoon 1
Bell pepper... 2 pieces
Bean sprouts... 1 / 2 bag
Potato starch... appropriate amount
Black pepper... to taste
[A]
Water and liquor: 1 spoon spoon each
Chicken soup base, soy sauce, mirin... 1 tsp each
Garlic tube... 1 cm
How to make
1️⃣
Remove the skin from the chicken breast and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
(Even kitchen scissors are OK)
Add salt and sake and leave for about 10 minutes to bring to room temperature.
Lightly sprinkle potato starch on both sides.
2️⃣
Shred the peppers.
Wash the bean sprouts quickly.
3️⃣
Spread vegetables in a heat-resistant container,
Arrange the chicken on top so that it does not overlap.
Wrap or lid,
Heat in a 600W microwave for 2 minutes.
4️⃣
Combine [A] to make sauce.
After heating, pour the sauce and cook for another 4 minutes.
Sprinkle black pepper to finish.

Cabbage... 150 g
Thinly sliced pork belly... 50g
Pizza cheese... 30g
Sauce, mayonnaise, small green onion... each appropriate amount

Eggs... 2
Milk... 1 spoon spoon
Salt and pepper... a little
How to make
1️⃣
Shred the cabbage.
Break the egg into a bowl, add [A] and mix well.
2️⃣
Place plastic wrap on a large baking dish.
Pour in the egg mixture, spread it out in a circle, and put half the cabbage → cheese → the rest of the cabbage in that order.
Arrange thinly sliced pork belly on top so that it does not overlap.
3️⃣
Cover with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for three and a half minutes.
If the egg has not hardened, add 1 minute at a time and cook until the color of the meat changes.
4️⃣
Fold it in half and pull out the wrap.
Sprinkle with sauce and mayonnaise, and sprinkle with small green onions if you like.

「今日は肉魚以外のメインがいい…でも満足感はほしい」って日、意外とありますよね。私がよくやるのは、“たんぱく質（卵・豆腐・豆・チーズ）を主役にして、味を濃いめにしてご飯が進む形にする”こと。レンジ調理とも相性が良くて、洗い物も少なく済みます。 ■肉魚以外のメイン（レンジで作りやすい）アイデア 1）豆腐と卵のふわふわ中華あん 耐熱ボウルに絹豆腐＋溶き卵を入れて軽く混ぜ、600Wで様子を見ながら加熱。最後に鶏がらスープ＋醤油＋片栗粉でとろみを付けると“主菜感”が一気に出ます。小ねぎと黒こしょうで満足度UP。 2）厚揚げの甘辛チーズ照り 厚揚げに焼肉のたれ（or醤油・みりん・砂糖）を絡めてレンジ加熱→仕上げにピザ用チーズ。こってり寄りなので、付け合わせはミニトマトのだし和えみたいなさっぱり系が合います。 3）もやし・キャベツの「卵とじオムレツ風」 とんぺい焼きが好きなら、具を野菜多め＆豚なしにしても十分おいしいです。チーズを少し足すとコクが出て、肉なしでも物足りなさを感じにくいです。 ■オム焼きそばの献立の組み方（重くならないコツ） オム焼きそばは主食＋主菜が合体している感じなので、献立は“軽めの副菜＋汁物”がちょうどいいです。 ・副菜：ミニトマトのだし和え／きゅうりの塩昆布和え／もやしナムル ・汁物：わかめスープ／玉ねぎと卵のコンソメ／かぼちゃと玉ねぎの味噌汁（甘みがあって相性◎） ・もう少し野菜を足すなら：千切りキャベツ＋ポン酢、またはレンジ蒸しブロッコリー ■私がよくやる「時短の段取り」 ①先に汁物（レンジ or ほっとくだけ）→②副菜（和えるだけ）→③メイン（レンジ加熱）にすると、待ち時間が少なくてラクです。とんぺい焼きやオム焼きそば系は加熱ムラが出やすいので、最後に卵や肉の色だけは必ずチェックして、足りなければ30秒〜1分ずつ追加するのが安心。 “レンジだけでラクうま献立”は、メインを変えるだけでいくらでも回せるので、肉魚をお休みしたい日にもぜひ試してみてください。
