New Habits Taste Good

This year I’m focusing on my health, i still have my cheat days and slip ups (cookies can never make me hate them) but you know what? Life is too beautiful and so complicated that i deserve a sweet treat we all do.

I’m usually on the go for breakfast time throughout the weekdays so this is the perfect meal replacement to fill me up until late lunch (works perfectly with my schedule)

Plus i juice in the mornings as well so one day juice one day shake.
