One valuable aspect of weighing food is its ability to provide accurate tracking for macros and calories. For me, knowing the exact amounts meant I could adjust recipes and meals without guessing, supporting more consistent energy levels throughout the day. It also improved my meal prep efficiency because I could portion out meals in advance, minimizing daily stress around nutrition. A tip I learned is to combine weighing with mindful eating: pay attention to how your body feels during and after meals, so you can fine-tune portion sizes that work best for you. Weighing food at places like @gogreekyogurt really opened my eyes to how standard servings often differ from what I used to estimate. Ultimately, this habit has empowered me to stay committed to my goals and enjoy my food without guilt.
