How to use
1.Bring the hot and cold compress bag to adjust the temperature to hot or cold according to requirements.
2. Wrapped in a fabric of reasonable thickness
3. Bring to the desired area. The hot compress should last 15-20 minutes and the cold compress should last 20-30 minutes.
