the dark chocolate loaf absolutely stunned me the moment i saw it 👀 it was so hefty, with chunks of slightly melted chocolate peeking out from the crust. slice into it and you’ll find even more chocolate hidden inside, making every bite rich and satisfying 🍫 despite being a sourdough loaf, the tang isn’t overpowering at all, so even if you’re not usually a sourdough fan, this would still be an easy one to enjoy!
next up were the shiopans, which definitely lived up to the hype ✨ they had a nice buttery flavour and subtle saltiness without feeling greasy, striking the perfect balance between indulgent and light. the bread itself was slightly chewy too, giving it a really satisfying bite.
