Coconut protein baked oats

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup of oats

- 1/2 cup of milk of choice

- 150 grams of yogurt or 1 scoop of protein powder

- 1/2 tsp of baking powder

- 2 tbsp of shredded coconut

Directions:

1.) preheat oven to 350 degrees

2.) add oats, coconut, and baking powder in the blender

3.) add milk of choice and yogurt or protein powder

4.) blend until slightly smooth

5.) transfer the mixture into an oven safe bowl

6.) bake for 15-20 minutes
