Spicy cucumber salad

My favorite craving right now is cucumber salads since my garden is non stop growing them!

This spicy cucumber salad is soooo good

Just slice cucumbers and green onion (red onion or shallot works well too) and add sauce and seasonings. All my favorite things in a salad

Cucumber

Green onion

Cilantro

Soy sauce

Rice vinegar or white vinegar

Red chili flakes

Sriracha

Salt

I add a little sesame oil (olive or avocado oil works)

I add a little bit of sugar but can be skipped too

Sometimes I add jalapeño or peppers or fish sauce

I just do a few dashes of each thing until the flavor is how I like it

but you could start with a tablespoon of soy sauce and vinegar
