I create a simple game plan for tasks and appointments so I have a clear picture of what's ahead. This preparation eliminates Monday morning panic and gives me confidence. Meal prepping on Sunday has been a game changer. By grocery shopping and preparing meals in advance, I save time during the busy weekdays and eat healthier. Plus, laying out workout clothes the night before motivates me to keep up with my fitness journey. Self-care is an essential part of my Sunday reset. I enjoy an everything shower, including skincare and hair care routines, that leaves me feeling refreshed and ready. Reading my Bible and journaling allows me to reflect and pour into myself spiritually and emotionally. Finally, prioritizing sleep by getting to bed on time recharges me physically for Monday’s challenges. The discipline of these habits creates freedom — I start my Monday not stressed but confident, intentional, and prepared for whatever comes my way.
