WHY YOU AREN’T WINNING LEMON8 CHALLENGES
I’ve noticed a lot of people complaining about not qualifying for lemon8 challenges so I wanted to shed some light on how I’ve been able to qualify for their prizes.
1. You’re using one post to count for multiple challenges.
If you want to make a post for a specific challenge, you have to make sure you’re only using hashtags for that challenge. for example, you can’t use #/date and #/trip and expect it to count for both challenges because they’re different. Separate posts for separate challenges
2. You aren’t using your own images
For challenges, all the terms and conditions say the same thing. You NEED to use original images for all your posts that you want to qualify. Pinterest cannot be your entire account because those images are already on the internet
3. You didn’t read the fine print
If you’re serious about qualifying for these challenges you have to read the terms and conditions, found at the bottom of the page for each challenge post. A lot of times the t&c will tell you things that like what counts and what doesn’t count for a qualifying post, this is how I was able to qualify for the summer diary challenge and receive my $300 travel pass
4. You forgot to HAVE FUN!
These challenges are great incentives to post more consistently and foster a community on this app. But if you’re only obsessed with winning the prizes, chances are you’ll either burn out or pump out content that isn’t good quality
There’s a challenge for everyone! Find what you like to do/post about and only do challenges you feel like you can naturally relate to or post about.
