A core and conditioning workout @ Sweat440 💦

Dear diary & Lemon8ers,

For the past month, I have been dragging for the gym. I go, but I’m not motivated and it’s been kind of boring for me which is a lot to say because I’ve been going consistently for the last 10 years. I have finally decided that I needed to switch things up so I have been doing Classes studios for different things. And I have to say that it was the best decision I could have made at least for the summer. We will see how the fall goes, I just need a little break from the usual! And that’s perfectly fine as long as I am still active and looking for ways to continue my fitness journey, even if it’s not the gym then all is well

So today I worked out at Sweat440 and it was a core and conditioning workout. If you don’t know what is basically they have stations where you do three workouts for three consecutive rounds and then you move onto the next station. It’s four stations in total and then when you’re done you just leave. so you’re pretty much in and out which is amazing for busy people and there’s a class starting literally every 10 minutes since it’s in a rotation if you have one in your area, I recommend trying a class…first class it’s free to try! 😜
