Some needed winter reminders because I always start winter every year forgetting just how much the season change and winter itself affects me!
I get soooo tired with shorter days, less sunshine, and cold that limits my outdoor activities. Winter is definitely a slower season for me that affects my mood, and I donāt have to feel bad about this š itās actually quite normal!
And as much as itās important to honor all the feelings that come along with winter, especially if you are missing someone during the holidays, balance is important to. So I donāt want to forget to appreciate the little things, like cat cuddles and holiday lights āØ
