Turtle cheesecake brownies

These brownies were sooooo good!! Creamy chocolatey and drizzled with caramel! My favorite kind of snack!

🍫 Brownie Layer:

* 1 cup (2 sticks) butter

* 1½ cups sugar

* 1 cup brown sugar

* 4 eggs

* 1 tbsp vanilla

* 1 cup cocoa powder

* 1 cup flour

* ½ tsp salt

* 1 cup chocolate chips

🤍 Cheesecake Layer:

* 16 oz cream cheese (2 blocks), softened

* ¾ cup sugar

* 2 eggs

* 1 tsp vanilla

🐢 Toppings:

* Caramel sauce

* 1 cup pecans

* ½ cup chocolate chips

👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat + Prep

* 325°F

* Grease or line pan

2. Make brownie batter

* Melt butter

* Mix in sugars

* Add eggs + vanilla

* Stir in cocoa, flour, salt

* Fold in chocolate chips

3. Make cheesecake layer

* Beat cream cheese + sugar until smooth

* Add eggs + vanilla

4. Layer it up

* Pour MOST of brownie batter in pan

* Add cheesecake layer

* Drop remaining brownie batter on top

* Swirl lightly (don’t overmix)

5. Bake

* 40–50 minutes

👉 Center should be slightly set, not jiggly

* Drizzle caramel

* Add pecans + chocolate chips

* Drizzle MORE caramel because why not 😭
