Omg, NOT Dermatologist approved? 🌸🫧

FUN FACT: “Dermatologist Approved” on a skincare label means absolutely nothing when it comes to effectiveness. It’s simply a marketing claim created to persuade consumers to purchase the product! So from the desk of an Esthetician please don’t let this label be a dealbreaker for you when shopping for skincare. 💕 Can we drop a 💎 in the comments if you didn’t know this?

Now that we have that squared away, let’s chat about BYOMA skincare system. I can honestly say that I am a fan! From the packaging to the quality it’s a strong 9/10 for me. They lost a point from me because whyyyyyyy are the bottles not full? 😂

On another note, I loveeee that it’s of good quality while also being affordable. The label was also very impressive it decoded each ingredient— so you’re not left confused having to google what you’re putting on your face.

I will be back with a later post to update you guys on my BYOMA journey! What skincare are you currently using?

... Read moreWhen choosing skincare, it's essential to separate marketing ploys from genuine quality. The term "Dermatologist Approved" often holds little real significance, being primarily a marketing strategy. It's crucial for consumers to educate themselves about skincare ingredients. One brand making waves in the skincare community is BYOMA, which has gained a strong following for its approach to ingredient transparency and affordability. With products like the BYOMA Moisturizing Rich Cream featuring a Tri-Ceramide Complex for skin barrier support, consumers appreciate knowing exactly what they apply to their skin. BYOMA does not simply rely on labels; their commitment to decoding ingredients ensures customers can make informed choices. This attention to clarity reduces confusion, allowing users to form connections with their products while effectively addressing their skincare needs. Remember, investing in skincare is more than just seeking validation from labels—it's about understanding what works for your unique skin type. By sharing experiences and insights, consumers can navigate the skincare landscape more effectively and find products that genuinely perform.
