Homemade Chocolate Chip Granola

There’s something so comforting about the smell of homemade granola baking in the kitchen 🤍 Slightly sweet, perfectly crunchy, and chocolatey enough to feel like a treat — this is my new favorite easy snack or breakfast topper.

Ingredients (makes ~16 ¼-cup servings):

• 2 cups oats

• ¼ cup olive oil

• ⅓ cup honey

• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

• 2 tsp cinnamon

• ½ cup chocolate chips

• 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix oats, olive oil, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.

3. Spread mixture on a lined baking sheet in an even layer.

4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until lightly golden.

5. Let cool completely, then stir in chocolate chips.
