Fresh out of the oven and tossed in garlic + parmesan 🤍

Crispy on the outside, soft in the center, and full of that savory flavor that makes you reach for one more. These are simple, cozy, and perfect for a family night at home.

Ingredients:

• 4 large russet potatoes

• 2–3 tbsp olive oil

• 3–4 cloves garlic, minced

• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp paprika

• ½ cup freshly grated parmesan

• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Wash and cut potatoes into thin fry strips. Keep them similar in size for even cooking.

3. Soak fries in cold water for at least 30 minutes (this helps them crisp up). Drain and pat completely dry.

4. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread in a single layer on the baking sheet.

5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

6. While fries are hot, toss with minced garlic and parmesan.

7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
